This is my personal best pike that I caught in the winter of 99. I caught it on a dead sprat walking round the lake casting in all different spots that looked as if they could hold a pike in them, along with this fish I caught a number of jack pike to about 4lbs also on sprats. my dad was also fishing and he had a few jack pike as well.

	This is another one of the better pike that I have caught this season it was also caught on a wobbled sprat walking round the lake. As this is my favourite method for catching pike as it is much more active than siting on your bum all day and not catching a thing which is what I used to do until I started getting takes as I was bringing the bait in to recast.
