 This picture is a few years old now but it is the last time I have ever caught so many cod in one day between me and my dad we had about 125lbs of cod to around 5lbs, But since that day going out on the boat the best we have had has only been about 50lbs of cod. All the fish were caught fishing a couple of miles out of Harwich using uptideing tackle and for bait we used lugworm and squid on a pennal rig

 This is my personal best Thornback ray it was caught fishing from a boat just off of Harwich it weighed in at 14lbs 8oz. I caught it on uptideing tackle using a pennal rig baited with whole squid, the fish is also the largest sea fish I have caught to date as it is the only fish that I have caught over the double figure mark.
