We spent two weeks of total peace and quiet in Deux Sevres one of the most rural and unvisited areas of France.
It was good to get away from the hustle and bustle and be alone literally with just the locals.
Paul caught some large carp (as always) and on several occasions attracted a crowd of French anglers keen to learn new techniques.
